By accessing and using the services of Bad Wolf Records, including the website [www.badwolfrecords.com] and its associated products, you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered
Bad Wolf Records offers a variety of music production services, audio mixing, mastering, promotion, and marketing, including, but not limited to, artist profile creation, press articles, radio and playlist placements, music platforms, artist consulting, and other related services.

3. Website Use
Access to the Bad Wolf Records website and its services is intended solely for legal purposes and in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations. The website functions as a music promotion platform, allowing users to access content related to artists, releases, and services. Visitors can explore available information and contract promotional, consulting, and other services offered by Bad Wolf Records. Acquiring these services does not require registration or passwords, but clients must provide necessary information and make the corresponding payments to access them.

4. Service Prices
The prices of services offered by Bad Wolf Records, such as recording, mixing, and mastering, may vary according to the project's needs. Mixing and mastering rates are structured at different levels, and costs may adjust depending on the specific requirements of each artist. Once the artist completes the corresponding forms and additional requirements are identified, or if the artist requests extra services, the original price may be modified accordingly.  Some clients may access special discounts if they previously purchased services through partner platforms such as Musosoup. These include:

• 25% discount on professional mastering and mixing services in our studio: valid only for the "Stereo Mastering" category, with no track limit, and applicable exclusively through Musosoup using the referral link provided at the end of the campaign.
   

• 10% discount on animated lyric videos: valid only for videos up to 4 minutes in length, applicable exclusively through Musosoup using the referral link provided at the end of the campaign.
   

• 5% discount on blog posts & reviews: valid for both news posts and song reviews, even if they include add-ons, applicable exclusively through Musosoup using the referral link provided at the end of the campaign.
   

• Priority availability for a spot in Bad Wolf Radio™ for future releases: requests must be made through Musosoup.

5. Bad Wolves Endorsed Artist Program & Label Partnership
Bad Wolf Records offers three types of partnerships with artists, bands, and music professionals:

• Symbolic Partnership: If our team is interested in your proposal and it aligns with our brand, Bad Wolf Records may offer you a symbolic partnership. In this case, we commit to creating a dedicated artist profile with a unique URL, which can optionally be used as your official website. The profile will include your discography, biography, photo gallery, and social media links to promote you as an artist or band. This partnership does not involve any commission from streaming platform plays or other streaming-related income sources. It also does not require any upfront payment as it is completely free.
   

• Representative Partnership: The representative partnership, like the symbolic representation, includes all the benefits of the latter but requires a monthly membership fee. In exchange, additional benefits are provided, such as: free placements on our radio station (Bad Wolf Radio™), creation of press articles for upcoming releases, use of the Bad Wolf Records® brand for representative and legal purposes, allowing you to say you are part of our label at a more committed level. This partnership has two tiers, each with its respective features, granting access to numerous powerful tools for promoting and advertising your music.
   

In both cases, acceptance into our endorsed artist program is subject to review by our A&R team.

6. Payment and Billing Policy
Payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website if the services were contracted directly through it. If services were contracted through associated platforms like Groover or Musosoup, the payment policy established by those platforms must be followed. In both cases, all payments will be processed according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in exceptional circumstances.

7. Services Through Partners (Musosoup and Groover)
If you choose to contract our services through associated platforms like Musosoup or Groover, you must follow the terms and conditions established by those platforms. Additionally, Bad Wolf Records has its own specific terms and conditions for services offered on these platforms, which complement the general terms of Musosoup and Groover. 8. Return and Refund Policy

At Bad Wolf Records, we strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients by incorporating revision stages throughout our professional services. However, due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all professional services, including studio recordings, audio mixing, and mastering. These services require dedicated time, expertise, and effort from our team, and once initiated, resources are allocated, making refunds unfeasible. To ensure client satisfaction, we offer structured revision phases during each session, allowing for necessary adjustments before final delivery.

For other services, such as news posts, radio placements, and promotional campaigns, refunds may be requested, but they must be processed through the platform where the service was originally purchased (e.g., Groover, Musosoup, or other third-party platforms). Each platform has its own refund policies, and any refund requests must comply with their respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, designs, and trademarks of Bad Wolf Records are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The use of these elements is prohibited without the express consent of Bad Wolf Records.

10. Liability
Bad Wolf Records will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, service failures, or issues arising from interactions with third parties.

11. Modifications to the Terms
Bad Wolf Records reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Suspension and Termination
Bad Wolf Records reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to its services and/or remove material from its website in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason the company deems appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving damage to the brand, defamation, or any action that harms members of our team, the integrity of the company, or our reputation, such as slander, libel, or inappropriate conduct.

14. Disputes and Applicable Law
