Before proceeding, take a moment to carefully review the following terms.
This document outlines how we operate, what we offer, and what you can expect from our collaboration with Musosoup.

1. Price Variation 📈

The prices of certain services offered through Musosoup may differ from those published on our website. These variations are due to promotional strategies and specific agreements within the platform.

2. Restriction on Transactions Outside Musosoup ❌

Any service requested through Musosoup must be managed and completed within the platform. It is strictly prohibited to finalize a transaction outside Musosoup if the service was initially requested on the platform.

3. Discounts and Benefits Linked to Musosoup 🏷️

Some promotions and service packages sold on Musosoup include lifetime discounts on other Bad Wolf Records services, such as mixing, mastering, and reviews. These benefits are redeemable only if both of the following conditions are met:

a) The artist has purchased a service within Musosoup that explicitly includes this feature.
b) The artist has used our referral link in at least one campaign within the platform.

If you meet these conditions, you can access the discounts and request them directly from our team.

4. Offers vs. Marketplace Requests 🛒

Artists can directly request any of the services offered by Bad Wolf Records that are available on Musosoup’s marketplace. Likewise, one of our collaborators may contact the artist directly with an offer for one of our services.

a) Marketplace Requests: This does not constitute an "active campaign" but rather a request made by the artist or manager to the Bad Wolf Records team. Each request is analyzed by our specialists, who may accept or decline it.

b) Direct Offers: If an artist receives an offer, they can accept, decline, or choose the free alternative. By default, this free alternative is inclusion in one of our Spotify playlists. If the release is not available on Spotify, the artist may request inclusion in one of our YouTube playlists instead.

5. Refund Policy 💰

Refunds may be requested by either the artist or Bad Wolf Records and apply only to news posts and review articles under the following circumstances:

a) If, due to force majeure, the promotion cannot be completed. In this case, the artist and Musosoup administrators will be notified to process the refund as soon as possible.

b) If the work is not delivered within 30 days.

6. Regarding Delivery Timelines 📆

Bad Wolf Records and its team may adjust the estimated publication date up to two times without directly notifying the artist, as long as these modifications are due to editorial scheduling adjustments, content calendar optimization, or internal organizational reasons.

If a third modification is necessary, the artist will be contacted with an apology and a detailed explanation. In any case, the artist will receive an automated notification from Musosoup informing them of the date change.

By using Bad Wolf Records' services on Musosoup, the artist agrees to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time to enhance transparency and improve the experience within the platform.
