Bad Wolf Records on Groover: Terms and Conditions.
Before proceeding, please take a moment to carefully review the following terms. This document outlines how we operate, what we offer, and what you can expect from our partnership with Groover.
Bad Wolf Records is a recording studio, independent record label, and PR agency. However, our mission on Groover is strictly limited only to the Media area, meaning we are solely authorized to share the following types of content:
1. Blog Posts 📰
Blog posts consist of a dedicated feature on our website, www.badwolfrecords.net/en/news, divided into two main categories:

Review Articles: An analysis of the track or album with a limit of 400 words.

News Posts: An adaptation of your EPK or press release for publication as a news article, also with a 400-word limit.
Both aim to promote your release within our blog's readership community and are subject to selection by our team. Our team may or may not choose your project for promotion under one of these two categories. Since both are paid services, but Groover operates under its own system and conditions, which differ from our standard service rates, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for publication. However, our team will make every effort to publish as soon as possible.
2. Playlisting ▶️
If your release is a single, it may be selected for inclusion in one of our YouTube playlists (Please note that we currently do not operate Spotify playlists). If it is an album, you may select the tracks you wish us to promote. The permanence of your track in the playlist may vary depending on the number of incoming submissions each week, as well as its position within the playlist. However, we will always respect the order of arrival, ensuring your track remains among the top positions.

Our team has full discretion to select the best category for your music, but you may request a change by contacting us at badwolfrecords@outlook.com.
3. Detailed Feedback 📝
Detailed feedback is reserved for artists who request it directly or when our team identifies potential areas for improvement, whether in production or artistic development. There is no minimum or maximum word count, ensuring our advice is as thorough and useful as possible. Receiving detailed feedback depends entirely on our team's availability to handle your request. That means that even if you request feedback but no one is available, you will not receive detailed feedback and you will be selected for other of our promotional options.
Social Media Sharing 📲
If we really enjoy your track, we will be happy to share it on our social media as our #TrackOfTheDay! To proceed with this promotion, you must provide the following assets:

The original audio file of your song

HD Pictures of the artist/band (No Logos/Conceptual Art)

The release artwork
All these files needs to be provided within 7 days. Once we have all assets, we will create a 25-second Instagram/Facebook story, featuring your track, the Spotify or Apple Music link, and a tag inviting our community to follow you on your social media accounts. Additionally, you will be featured in our Instagram highlights on our official profile (@badwolfrecords) for 24 hours.
📌Important Note: Due to the high volume of submissions we receive daily, our content is typically planned 15 to 30 days in advance, so your featured story may take time to be promoted. However, rest assured that we will honor our commitment to sharing your music.
4. Radio Placements 📻
Radio placements on www.badwolfrecords.net/en/radio are a paid service, just like blog posts. However, since Groover operates under different terms and conditions which differ from our standard service rates, we have allocated five free slots per month. From all submissions received within a 30 to 31-day period, our team may select your song for a radio placement.
Artists may also request this service by expressing their interest directly through their Groover submission, either in their pitch or personal notes. However, please note that every submission undergoes a detailed review, and our response will depend on how well it aligns with our focus and the availability of slots. If selected for a radio placement, we cannot guarantee a minimum number of airplays.
If you request a radio airplay or one of our team members offers it you, you need to provide the following assets:

Your explicit consent to air your track on our radio station, by sending us an email to badwolfrecords@outlook.com (No forms required)
If we don't receive a response from you within 7 days, your track will be added to one of our playlists instead.
By reading this document, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. Your continued engagement with Bad Wolf Records through Groover constitutes acceptance of these terms.
